Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified... Overnight and Second Day services are available.
In most cases orders placed before 2PM EST will be shipped the same day!
Rush orders for Second Day and Overnight will ship the same day but must be placed before 2PM EST.
(We recommend that you call in advance to arrange orders wich are time sensitive.)
Shipping Estimates
At the bottom of the first checkout page is a spot where you can enter your zip code and calculate shipping costs prior to checkout. The system is linked real-time with UPS and will give you a cost for shipping your items. Most orders for one or two garments will be under $10. Call us if you have any questions regarding shipping.

1) You MUST call in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
2) You will be given an RMA# (to place on your packaging) and an address to return your items to... Once items are recieved in the warehouse, a credit will be issued to the account linked to the RMA#
Do not return your order to Stellar Apparel. All Returns will be directed to the manufacturers.
Stellar Apparel & Manufactuers will not accept returns without prior authorization.
Restocking Fee - Note: A 15-20% Re-Stock Fee Applies to all returned merchandise. This does not apply to Exchanges of Size or Color. (Amount Depends on Brand) (Shipping costs are non-refundable) Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
Exchange Policy
We will gladly order an RMA# and EXCHANGE your order with NO RESTOCK FEE if:
Your exchange is due to a warehouse mistake, or if your item is the wrong size and you need something bigger or smaller.

Please note: There are absolutely no retuns on Custom Decorated Orders.
Items that are out of stock:
You will be contacted via phone if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again.
NOTE: Each manufacturer has a different proceedure for returning merchandise. It is nescessary to call us in advance before you send any items back. Returned items sent back with no RMA number, may be returned to sender, or proper credit may not be applied.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please call us directly to submit a cancellation within a reasonable number of hours within placing your order to our business phone at 508-485-5511.
Every effort is made to ship our orders promtly, so sometimes within minutes of your order being entered your order is being looked at by a specialist who will then transmit the order to the appropraite warehouse, which might within less than an hour have your order picked and packed and ready to ship.
Cancellations must be made by the person who placed the original order. We must collect the following information via a live phone conversation: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been already shipped out. In the event that a valid cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out afterwards, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including the cost for ground shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund only the merchandise subtotal less shipping costs and restocking fees which apply.

Warranty Procedure
We suggest you contact our tech support team first by posting a question in our Help Desk to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Then make phoned (RMA) request. See Return Policy for more details.
30-Day Warranty
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, which is determined by availability, or vendor, and the time of purchase. Replacement is often used within 30 days after purchase with the same product or like product when direct replacement is unavailable.
Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturers sometimes offer additional warranty. Customers should contact the manufacturer after warranty expires.
Artwork Files
Customer's artwork files such as .AI or .EPS and also embroidery digitized files (.DST) can be provided by media (CD/DVD) or via E-Mail or provided to a third party you designate for a processing fee of $25.00
Return Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
